Area Manager

Telford, Kidderminster, Grantham, Bicester

As an Area Manager, you will be wholly responsible for the day-to-day operation and profitability of a nominated branch whilst also managing and maintaining an established base of key account customers. You will have full autonomy to run the office with a view to driving the business forward, establishing the Eurocell brand within a designated area.  You will promote and develop new accounts, focusing on increasing the customers spend through introduction of new products and improved service. You'll need to be a successful, hands-on, Area Manager with an exemplary record of developing and driving business. You will be professional, confident and approachable, with a strong character capable of mentoring a team, with proven man management and leadership skills.

You will have the ability to research existing and new markets to identify business opportunities whilst keeping abreast of your Depot and Staff’s performance to ensure sales, margin and customer service levels are maintained whilst you are out in the field. As an Area Manager, you should also have an analytical approach, an aptitude for learning and a good level of computer literacy. Strong organisational skills and a desire to succeed are also essential. You will possess excellent communication skills, including the ability to present to small and large groups of people. You will be required to demonstrate a complete range of management skills and have a proven background in sales preferably within the building/construction industry.
