Business Development Manager
Deeplas North East Region

This is a demanding role for an experienced Business Development Manager to play an integral part in the successful achievement of our business plan. As well as maintaining the satisfaction of an existing customer base through business development, you’ll identify and secure new accounts, contributing to a significant increase in Deeplas profitability and turnover in a series of product ranges.
To ensure the success of the Deeplas Premium Installer scheme, you’ll provide consistent support to existing installers whilst attracting new installers to the scheme. As well as maintaining a thorough knowledge of Deeplas products, you’ll remain abreast of current market conditions and competitor activities. Reporting to the Deeplas Building Products Director, you will deliver accurate and on time reporting through CRM, liaising effectively with the customer services office and management.
You will have a proven business to business sales track record, be autonomous, results driven, an excellent communicator and strong negotiator. Industry experience or knowledge of the construction sector is highly advantageous.
