Quantum has become one of the first UK fabricators to gain the PAS24 standard on outward opening PVC-u French doors, plus PAS23 and PAS24 for its single outward-opening and inward-opening doors, without mid-rail.

PAS 23-1: 1999 covers the general performance requirements for single leaf external door assemblies whilst PAS 24-1:1999 covers enhanced security performance for single leaf and double leaf external door assemblies.

True to its word of providing homeowners and specifiers with improved security throughout their properties, Quantum Windows’ top hung, side hung and fixed pane windows, fabricated using Eurocell’s Eurologik profile system have achieved BS7950 enhanced security performance for domestic applications. The windows also achieved the required standard for both chamfered and ovolo bead options.

As well as offering enhanced security, Quantum can help reduce a home’s heating bills using Eurocell’s innovative new Thermalogik profile system, which is again BS7950 accredited and can help achieve a window 'U' value of 0.8Wm2K.
