When Rising Home Improvements was looking for fascia, soffits and guttering on the Broomleigh Housing Association project in Orpington, Kent it found them, literally, on its doorstep.

The company had been sourcing products for its retail business from Eurocell Building Plastics for many years and so using the nearby Dartford branch was a natural choice.

The company had recently been awarded the contract to carry out work in the area for Broomleigh on behalf of Apollo Group, the main contractors. Having local availability of a range of building plastic products was therefore essential to ensure its fitters could meet the strict deadlines on this project.

The proximity of the Dartford branch means that many of its fitters call at the trade counter for their supplies as they travel to and from site. As well as the fascia, soffits and guttering specified on the Orpington refurbishments, the fitters use the branches for essential supplies such as window finishing accessories, hand and power tools along with sealants and adhesives.
