MP Opens New Eurocell Branch at Brighton Open Day

17th January 2012

Mr Kirby, who is Conservative MP for Brighton, Kempton and Peacehaven, said: “I am delighted to open the new Eurocell Building Plastics branch and always welcome any new venture that creates employment opportunities in my constituency.”

Eurocell, part of the Tessenderlo Group, is inviting trade and DIY customers to attend the opening celebration, which starts at 8am on Monday with special promotional deals and complimentary breakfast and refreshments.

The new branch has a prime location at Unit 5A, Freshfields Business Park, which is just off the Eastern Road between Queen’s Park and the Royal Sussex County Hospital. Its opening has created two new jobs.

This easy to find location is a popular destination for contractors, installers and DIY'ers, who are already visiting other trade outlets based at the business park.

Offering over 4,000 high quality building plastics products means that the Eurocell branch will quickly become an essential destination for customers in the area.

The new branch incorporates an enlarged, easier to shop trade counter area, showroom display, including the company’s innovative new Aspect bi-fold door, along with improved merchandising and point of sale.

These improvements allow customers to browse amongst the products, making it much quicker to find exactly the item they need. Easy to understand product displays, step by step videos and free brochures all add to the solution based approach offered by Eurocell.

Customers will notice new Eurocell corporate livery throughout the branch, which features updated external branding to give the branch a modern, fresh look.

Eurocell is the UK’s leading manufacturer of quality building plastics products, which provides customers with consistent quality assurance, excellent service levels and all the value for money benefits of buying direct from the manufacturer.

This recession-beating formula has helped Eurocell continue to expand with new branch openings – taking the total to over 120 across the UK.

“We are encouraging as many trade and DIY customers as possible to visit our Brighton branch open day on Monday 16th January,” said Warren Haworth, Eurocell Building Plastics - Regional Sales Manager. “The branch has a much improved trade counter area and a full range of new products, all backed up by great service and unbeatable value.”

Each Eurocell branch offers PVC-U roofline, rainwater systems, interior skirting and cladding products, along with window finishing trims, doors, conservatories, hand and power tools.

Latest new additions to the offer include a 110mm underground drainage system that is suitable for domestic and commercial building work as well as a new range of door canopies and slates, which consist of just four pre-built and pre-drilled components in a kit that fits together quickly and easily.

Warren Haworth added: “We are expecting stocked PVC-U ranges such as roofline and weatherboard to be in high demand from property owners in Brighton as they will provide a low maintenance alternative to the damaging effects of sea air on painted timber.”

The Brighton branch offers free of charge next day delivery on all orders over £100 (ex vat).

Opening times are: 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday and 08:00 to 12:00 on Saturdays. The branch is located at: 5A, Freshfields Business Park, Freshfield Way, Brighton, East Sussex, BN2 OBZ. Alternatively, call the branch on: 01273 674959.
