Conservatory Roof Processor – Alfreton

We are seeking a Conservatory Roof Processor, based on the Cheeseborough Ponds site at Alfreton. You will be responsible for producing designs and quotes for manufacturing conservatory roofs using computer aided design software and liaise with customers on technical details to overcome design issues. You will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers to achieve specified goals and objectives. The right candidate will need strong data entry skills, accuracy, multi-tasking and the ability to work as a team and or on their own initiative.

Experience of conservatory roof processing, surveying or fabricating would be desirable and must be computer literate. Hours of work are 8.30am – 5.00pm, Mon – Fri.

Night Shift Team Manager – Alfreton

We are seeking 2 Night Shift Team Managers for the Birchwood Way site. This is a demanding role and a superb opportunity; you will have a good understanding with a least 2 year management or supervisory experience with performance and people accountability. Reporting to Production Manager and supporting him in the site business plan. The successful candidate will ensure that manpower is effectively utilised to meet production facility targets and be active in identifying specific training needs. You will manage and develop the team and proactively take action to ensure the skills and capabilities of the team meet current future business. You will hold weekly Health and Safety meetings, reporting accidents/incidents as well as the ability of keeping and publishing up to date production records on a shift by shift basis is seen as essential.

Hours of work are12 hour continental night shifts 4 on 4 off.

Assistant Branch Manager – Nottingham

Assisting in managing a team of 3-4 staff, this is a hands-on role involving stock control, trade counter sales, dealing with customers and suppliers, goods-in and despatch and deputising for the branch manager in their absence.  Ideally, you’ll have Trade Counter experience within the glazing and building industry and a good knowledge of the local area.  This is a varied role, with the opportunity to learn all aspects of the business and excellent career prospects, together with a competitive salary and benefits package.
