Durable, heat and stain-resistant laminated window boards – for long-life, maintenance-free service. Window boards add style and elegance to your home or conservatory windows, providing a tough, hard-wearing surface for plants, lamps and other ornaments. PVC-U window boards from Eurocell Building Plastics (EBP) are manufactured to the highest standards using top-quality materials. Pressure-laminated, these boards are scratch, heat and moisture resistant, providing many years of low-maintenance performance.

Two styles of window board are available from Eurocell:

Bull-nose window board – a high-pressure laminated surface bonded onto P3 MR chipboard with laminate E backing and with a back edge and underside joint that is sealed with a water-resistant film.

Drop-nose window board – rigid extruded PVC-U boards, foiled with a high-quality, hard-wearing foil. The cross section of the boards has a unique triangular box construction for enhanced strength and stability.

Once in place, all that is required to keep your window boards in pristine condition is a simple clean with a damp cloth and non-abrasive cleaner.

All window boards are 23.2mm thick, with a stylish bull-nose profile. They are supplied in 3m, 4.1m and 5m lengths with widths from 150mm to 900mm.

Plastic end caps that match the colour of your boards are available to cover cut ends. We also supply a full range of colour-matched joints to cover internal and external corners and straight joints.

Why choose Eurocell drop-nose window boards?

Robust PVC-U drop-nose window board is designed to enhance any home and provide years of trouble-free service. The rigid boards are scratch resistant and 100% waterproof. Boards are 20mm thick with a further 20mm drop nose to provide a neat cover for the plaster-to-window board joint. Cut ends are finished with a unique injection-moulded end cap that allows air heated by the sun to dissipate. A variety of colour-matched mitre joints is available to cover corner joints between boards.

Drop-nose window boards are available in 200mm and 250mm widths for 6m lengths, while 3m lengths are available in a 600mm width.
