Top quality windows solution for multi award-winning house builder Client: Everglade Windows for Bytree Developments Project: Parc Penscynor development – Neath
The award winning client, Baytree Developments, specialize in creating prestigious gated estates of the highest quality and this is reflected in the building components used in their construction. The company has won numerous awards including the national Zurich Customer First Award 2006 and 2007 along with the Swansea City Council Design Awards. Everglade windows chose Eurocell upvc profiles for the development at Parc Penscynor and Gareth Thomas, Director at Everglade, explains: “When Baytree approached us they were looking for premium quality windows that would reflect the high standard of the rest of the house. The Eurocell system, fabricated and installed by Everglade Windows was our first choice because of the combination of quality and service
Everglade also supplied and installed a beautiful conservatory to the rear of each property using the Eurocell system, which created a stunning addition to the garden area. The use of a complementary-style of mock sash horn windows and gable fan light created an attractive coordinated look to the whole property. The windows throughout were fabricated using Pilkington Active Self Clean glass which are also argon-filled to achieve excellent thermal performance.
As Gareth Thomas from Everglade says: “You can’t fail to be impressed by these homes and the attention to detail and specification is the best I have ever seen. As soon as we presented the Eurologik system to Baytree Developments they knew that is was right for its developments. Since its launch three years ago, the Eurologik system has quickly established itself as one of the most popular systems in the market and now accounts for over a quarter of Eurocell window profile sales. The upvc conservatory system, with its many unique features, also continues to lead the market.
