Project: Complete fenestration for prestigious apartment development

W and T Glazing, based in Wallasey, is working with a developer of prestigious apartments to add instant impact and style to its development in North Wales. In a conscious departure from the norm, W and T Glazing recommended grey upvc profiles for the window frames, french doors and curtain walling. Profiles were supplied by Eurocell from its Ultimate 70 range, with design, fabrication and installation carried out by W and T Glazing.

The development comprises 60 spacious one-and two-bed apartments nestled within stunning surroundings.

The developer had very definite ideas about wanting to create a distinctive look to the properties and explains: “W&T Glazing suggested we try a coloured PVCu on our development and in the end we choose Grey RAL7016, because of the way it complemented the brickwork and its picturesque location. We believe that it is the attention to detail that makes our developments stand out from the crowd. Choosing grey from W&T Glazing was something that we believed was right for this site as it complemented the stunning location and we knew it would be a winner with buyers.”

As it turned out, choosing grey was exactly the right decision. Already over 70% of the apartments have been sold and the development, which commands panoramic views of the nearby Welsh mountains, looks set to be a resounding success.
