Company History
Eurocell Profiles Ltd. is part of Fairbrook plc, the highly-rated precision engineering and plastic extruding group of companies. Founded in 1974, the company has a vast wealth of experience in designing and manufacturing products in a wide range of extruded plastics to meet the specific needs of many different industries.

Based adjacent to the M1 motorway in Derbyshire, the company has a purpose-designed 40,000 sq. ft. extrusion and tool-making facility and over 140,000 sq. ft. of warehousing with a further 120,000 sq. ft. added in 2005, this together with the doubling of Eurocell’s extrusion factory and offices show the continuing massive long term investment that characterises Eurocell the company. Eurocell’s window, door, curtain walling and ancillary systems enable us to offer a total replacement and new-build package.

Product Development
Eurocell’s design and development team is constantly working with extrusion toolmakers, fabricators, hardware suppliers and clients to formulate ways of improving and developing our products even further. This partnership approach, coupled with extensive market research, is a major factor in the success of Eurocell’s product range. Designed on CAD, the window and door systems are produced using the most modern high-speed extrusion equipment available today.

Technical Support
The technical team of engineers, based at Alfreton, visit Eurocell Fabricators regularly to assist and ensure that high standards of fabrication are being maintained. Eurocell also offers extensive technical support to

architects and other specifiers on window design, specifications, structural calculations and wind loadings. Cross sections and general assembly drawings are available on CAD disc if required. Site visits can be arranged to discuss all elements of installation.

Distribution

Eurocell’s own transport fleet provides nation–wide deliveries from its modern distribution centre, where extensive profile stocks are maintained.

Eurocell is part of the Fairbrook Group of Companies which is a subsidiary of Tessenderlo Group, a multi–million pound pan european plastics specialist.
