Eurocell Opens 100th Branch in Shrewsbury
Eurocell Building Plastics has massive celebrations planned for its 100th branch opening in Shrewsbury on Tuesday 17th November.
All customers are invited to what will be an action packed day. Well known dignitaries, along with local sports stars, will be attending to support this major achievement.
The official commencement of trading will be marked with a ribbon cutting and plaque unveiling ceremony at 11.00am by The Mayor of Shrewsbury, Councillor Alan Townsend.
“We are delighted to welcome Eurocell to Shrewsbury, especially as it creates several new jobs in the area,” said The Mayor of Shrewsbury, Councillor Alan Townsend. “It is wonderful to see a company expanding especially in the current market and we are extremely pleased that Eurocell is demonstrating confidence in the region by opening its 100th branch in the town.”
Chairman of Shrewsbury Business Chamber, Peter Bettis, will also be attending. “We are only too pleased to support businesses that invest in the local area and wish Eurocell a long and prosperous association with Shrewsbury”, said Peter.
Events planned for the day include a penalty shoot out with Shrewsbury Town Football Club at 1.00pm – giving customers a chance to test their skills against the local team.
There will be a chance to win some exciting prizes too, with the first 100 customers who attend entered in to a free balloon race. Each customer will be assigned a balloon number when they arrive and the lucky person with the one that travels furthest will receive £100 worth of Eurocell Building Plastics products.
Free breakfasts will be served from 8.00am at the celebration event, followed by lunch around midday. Refreshments will be served all day for everyone that attends.
Each customer who visits the branch will be entered into a prize draw to win £100 worth of Eurocell products. The draw will take place every hour and will include all customers who attend during the previous hour.
If you are unable to attend the official opening on the Tuesday, Eurocell Building Plastics will be continuing the celebrations with hourly prize draws, food and refreshments from 8.00am on Wednesday 18th November.
Reaching the 100th branch milestone is part of the Eurocell strategy of improving access to quality building plastic products for trade and DIY customers across the UK.
