Full range of CRS products now available in cream
We now offer all our conservatory roof products in solid extruded cream.
This includes Victorian, Edwardian and box gutter ranges, along with decorative options and accessories.
Offering a through-coloured conservatory range means your sales team can highlight the superior quality compared to sprayed or foiled alternatives.
With more homeowners adding extra kerb appeal by choosing cream coloured windows and conservatories, a complete range of solid extruded cream CRS products should provide a useful addition to our range.

New PVC-U skirting and architrave system saves installation time and maintenance
Our new Roomline range is an advanced new skirting and architrave system made from recycled PVC-U.
Roomline has been specially designed for hassle-free, fast fitting with ultra-low maintenance – a giant leap forward for contractors and installers.
Avoiding the time-consuming process of having to sand and paint timber or MDF alternatives means Roomline creates a perfect finish every time. A series of clever joints and trims simply slot together to form perfect 90 degree angles for skirting – minimising the tricky and laborious task of mitring corners.
Once installed, Roomline provides a durable and scratch resistant surface, solving the age-old tedium of having to carry out regular maintenance and re-painting on timber or MDF room trims.
Roomline can be fixed in half the time of traditional skirting or architrave using everyday contact adhesives – drilling or screwing is no longer needed.
Visit one of our Eurocell branches to find out more about Roomline, where you will find stock of all the different finishes. Find your nearest branch here…

Greenbuild Expo – Manchester Central 26/27 May 2010
We will be demonstrating how advances in PVC-U recycling can help specifiers create energy efficient and sustainable buildings at this year’s Greenbuild Expo.
Our aim in attending the show is to give specifiers and clients another reason why they should choose a Eurocell fabricator or installer. We’ll be doing this by highlighting the work we have done in PVC-U recycling and how it can help them create energy efficient and sustainable buildings.
On show will be our 0.8 U-value window designed specifically to meet the requirements of zero carbon developments. Alongside this will be the Eurologik ‘A+14’ window system, which offers both new build and replacement sectors maximum thermal performance.
We will be highlighting the work we are doing with the BRE (Building Research Establishment) as an exemplar project partner on ‘Rethinking Housing Refurbishment’ – which aims to demonstrate the contribution existing houses make in reducing carbon emissions.
BBA-approved, Cavalok cavity closers made using 100 per cent post-consumer recycled PVC-U will complete the energy efficient and sustainable showcase.
Anyone wishing to register may do so free of charge at www.greenbuildexpo.co.uk

We have launched a smart new website for Cavalok Building Products, which provides instant access to information on our full range of cavity closers.
The new website, www.cavalok.com, features all the recently launched new products such as FlameBlok, a range of cavity closers with up to 90 minute fire ratings.
Useful downloads include an at-a-glance wall chart, which illustrates the complete Cavalok range.
‘Cavalok in action’ case studies provide real-life benefits of specifying Cavalok cavity closers. These projects vary from a 300mm BigBlok cavity system used on Minehead Eye, a low carbon development, to a 140mm BigBlok system that helped a new care home exceed Building Regulation thermal performance requirements by 20-30 percent.

The new Part L Building Regulations
The new Part L (Conservation of Fuel and Power) Building Regulations were issued last month, stating that from 1 October 2010, all replacement windows and doors will have to hold an energy rating of at least C, or a U-value of 1.6W/m2K or better. It’s a step towards the Government’s target of achieving a carbon-zero rating for all new homes built in England by 2016.
The revision to the Building Regulations obviously has a significant impact on your business, as you must be able to offer windows and doors that comply with the new regulations by this date.
The good news is that Eurocell offers a number of energy-efficient products, including PVC-U Thermal Inserts and the Thermalogik outer-frame, which makes this an easier transition for those of you who don’t yet offer high-performance, energy-rated windows and doors.
