Roundbrand, a Eurocell fabricator based in Doncaster, has come up with an innovative way to sell more windows and doors, by building its new Bridlington showroom right below a number of new build apartments, all of which are fitted with its products!

This forward-thinking fabricator, with outlets across Yorkshire, recently completed the development of nine luxury apartments in Bridlington, along with a stylish window and door showroom on the ground floor. The apartments and showroom have made full use of the complete range of Eurocell profiles for the windows as well as roofline products.

By using the same products on the apartments as well as the showroom, Roundbrand has demonstrated its confidence in Eurocell’s product quality, range and service. The company has already had a huge amount of interest from prospective residents as well as customers wishing to visit the showroom. The apartments, which are only a few minutes walk from Bridlington harbour, will provide modern and comfortable rented living accommodation in this popular seaside resort. Building work was carried out by Frank Brambles Ltd, based in Driffield, North Yorkshire.

Windows on the apartments were fabricated by Roundbrand using Eurologik profile because it offered the best combination of quality and aesthetics, combined with thermal performance. Fully bevelled profiles on Eurologik create much slimmer sight lines, which gives the visual perception of a larger area of glass compared to the frame – providing much more architecturally pleasing proportions to the development.
