This option is perfect for situations where a sub-base foundation isn't necessary, such as when laying a patio over an existing concrete slab. It includes just the materials needed for laying and pointing the patio slabs.

Contains:
74 x Paving slabs (450mm x 450mm)
50 x Bags of sand and cement mix - Adequate for laying and pointing the paving slabs for a professional finish
2 x 10m Rolls of Ground control fabric - For installation beneath the patio to prevent unwanted vegetation

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
All deliveries are made to the nearest flat kerbside
Deliveries will be made using a tail-lift NOT on a hiab crane
Access must be suitable to accommodate a rigid vehicle with tail-lift facility (approx the size of a dustbin wagon)
The vehicle CANNOT unload on an INCLINE or UNEVEN surface i.e. grass or gravel
Access to the delivery point must be via a road that can accommodate a dustbin wagon
Goods must be inspected before signing. Any damages to the product must be highlighted on the delivery
The customer is responsible for the disposal of the pallet and bulk bag after use
