This comprehensive patio kit includes everything you need to create a 15m² patio, including a strong foundation and materials for the laying and pointing the paving slabs.

Contains:
74 x Paving slabs (450mm x 450mm)
2 x Bulk bags of crusher run sub-base foundation materials - essential for building a solid foundation
50 x Bags of sand and cement mix - Sufficient for laying and pointing the paving slabs ensuring long-lasting and strong joints between the paving stones
2 x 10m Rolls of Ground control fabric - For installation beneath the patio to prevent unwanted vegetation

PLEASE NOTE THIS DELIVERY WILL CONSIST OF 4 PALLETS

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
All deliveries are made to the nearest flat kerbside
Deliveries will be made using a tail-lift NOT on a hiab crane
Access must be suitable to accommodate a rigid vehicle with tail-lift facility (approx the size of a dustbin wagon)
The vehicle CANNOT unload on an INCLINE or UNEVEN surface i.e. grass or gravel
Access to the delivery point must be via a road that can accommodate a dustbin wagon
Goods must be inspected before signing. Any damages to the product must be highlighted on the delivery
The customer is responsible for the disposal of the pallet and bulk bag after use
