Fitting Guide

Please be aware that the advertised sizes are for the frame itself. For the size of the structural opening, simply add 10mm to height & width, for example our 1790mm wide x 2090mm height is designed to fit a structural opening of 1800mm x 2100mm please refer to fitting guide for further info.

How will my Patio Doors be delivered?

All of our Patio Doors are supplied as an unglazed set with the glass delivered separately for ease of delivery and fitting.

Our products are large can be heavy and difficult to transport. We therefore have our own in house delivery team who are experienced in such deliveries.

After you place your order you will be sent an order confirmation from ourselves. Once your product is ready for delivery the delivery team will CONTACT YOU BY PHONE to arrange a suitable delivery date (they will not just land like a 'normal courier').

When you are contacted you can discuss any delivery requirements (time requests and access restrictions etc). The delivery drivers also endeavour to call you the day before delivery to confirm and also give you an approximate time of delivery.

Can I just change the door, or do I need a new frame too?

In most instances, it’s best to change the frame at the same time as the door. Old timber frames are susceptible to rotting and general degradation. Installing a new frame means you can get the very best security features, you can colour-match your door and frame for a modern, seamless look, and our installer can fit insulation around the frame to improve thermal performance, eliminate draughts, and lower your overall energy bills.
