1. The Promotion is run by Eurocell Group Limited, Eurocell Head Office and Distribution Centre, High View Road, Alfreton, Derbyshire, DE55 2DT (the “Promotor”) and is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Ireland aged 18 or over, excluding National Accounts, employees of any Eurocell plc group company and their immediate families, or any other persons professionally connected with the Promotion.

2. Entries must be of a Eurocell EurXtension, images of alternative Extensions will not be entered.

3. By entering the competition, you are agreeing to Eurocell using your entry image for promotional activity.

4. All qualifying entries will be added to the draw and a winner will be selected at random from all images entered in the month prior to the draw taking place

5. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Eurocell reserves the right to substitute a prize for an alternative one of equal or greater value. No correspondence in this regard will be entered into.

6. The prize draw will be conducted on the first Monday of each month (excluding Bank Holidays, in which case it will be the next working day) and the winner of the winning image will be notified by Eurocell on the same day via direct message. The winner must claim their prize by replying to the direct message and confirming their full name and post code within 48 hours of the notification otherwise the prize will be forfeited.

7. The winner’s details (surname and county) will be made public on Eurocell’s social media channels and will also be available on request by emailing marketing@eurocell.co.uk, or writing to The Marketing Department, Eurocell Group Ltd, High View Road, Alfreton, Derbyshire, DE55 2DT within ten weeks of the closing date, enclosing a stamped self-address envelope.

9. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and consent to the transfer of their personal data to Eurocell and/or their marketing agency, for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.

10. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold Eurocell harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this Promotion (save that nothing shall limit Eurocell’s liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by its negligence).

11. Eurocell reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions without warning.

12. These Terms and Conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. All entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.

    
     

Receive a £50 Amazon e-voucher if someone you refer to us orders one of our EurXtensions within 6 months of your EurXtension being installed.

1. The qualifying period is calculated from the date your install is completed and ends at 12 pm midnight on the last day of the 6 month period.

2. To qualify for the £50 Amazon e-voucher, the completed refer a friend voucher must be presented to the sales representative during their home visit.You must have a valid email in order to claim this prize as verification will be sent to this email.

4. The e-voucher will be issued within 4 weeks of the payment being received from the person(s) presenting the refer a friend voucher and satisfactory verification of customer details.
