East Anglian Branch Network Strengthened
8 December 2015
The latest branch of Eurocell to serve the East Anglian area is opening at Huntingdon on December 21, complementing other branches along the A1 and A14 at Stevenage, Bedford and Peterborough.
The new branch on the Stukeley Meadows Industrial Estate brings the total Eurocell network to a total of 142 and delivers comprehensive coverage to the area, where the company opened the highly successful Cambridge and Thetford branches in the last 18 months.
“The Huntingdon branch really completes our network for the A1 corridor and is extremely well-located for our customers because access is really excellent and it’s next to a cluster of associated suppliers such as timber merchants,” says Regional Manager Russell Newman.
“The new branch means we can provide a premium service because we are, literally, closer to our customers and they don’t have to travel as far to buy our products.”
The latest addition to the Eurocell network has created two new jobs, with more planned as the branch expands. Darren Gregory has moved from the Peterborough branch to become Area Manager and he will work with branch manager David Blee, who has many years experience in construction. The branch features a showroom with a large trade counter area and stocks products including Skypod skylights, Equinox tiled conservatory roofs, roofline, rainwater systems, window finishing trims, doors and conservatories as well as lines such as underground drainage, hand tools, power tools and protective clothing.
Eurocell manufactures many of the products, so customers gain all the benefits of buying direct.
