Eurocell Building Plastics Returns Policy 


1. Collected products
All items purchased from Eurocell must be returned, along with proof of purchase to any of our branches before any refund can be processed. To find your nearest branch visit our branch finder page. For online returns, please contact our Customer Service Team who will be able to assist.

1.1 Returns to Stock (Ordered in error)
Products ordered in error will be accepted for return within 14 days of receipt of delivery. All returned products must be in a re-sellable condition. We cannot accept damaged products or products with damaged packaging.

1.2 Returns to Stock (Defective Products)
All products with reported quality issues preventing installation must be returned for examination within 28 days of receipt of delivery, so we can review and resolve any issues. Once a returned product is agreed as defective, a full refund or credit will be issued.

1.3 Returns - Special Order Items
We regret that we cannot refund, in full or in part, special order items.

2. Delivered products
Eurocell must be informed, within five days of delivery, of the exact quantities and product codes of claims before any returns can be authorised, so the correct collection notes can be raised for signing. No credits or replacements will be issued if the delivery documents are not checked, clearly signed and printed by both the customer and the driver before the delivery vehicle leaves the customer site. For orders placed online, if you are unable to return the items, please contact your local branch who will be able to discuss your options.

2.1. Damaged Products
Products damaged in transit must be returned to Eurocell for verification within 14 days of receipt of delivery before any credits can be issued. Clear notification of the damage must be stated on the delivery documents, to help us eliminate fraudulent claims.

2.2. Returns to Stock
Delivery errors: Incorrectly delivered stock will be accepted for return within 14 days of receipt of delivery. All returned products must be in a re-sellable condition. We cannot accept damaged products or products with damaged packaging.

2.3. Returns to Stock
Ordered in error:  Products ordered in error or which are no longer required will be accepted for return within 14 days of receipt of delivery. All returned products must be in a re-sellable condition. We cannot accept damaged products or products with damaged packaging.

2.4. Returns to Stock
Please note, we apply a 25% restocking fee to all returned products which have been ordered in error or which are no longer needed. 

2.5. Defective Products
All products with quality issues preventing installation must be returned for examination within 28 days of receipt of delivery, so we can review and resolve any issues. Clear notification of the quality issue must be stated on the delivery documents to assist us with our examination. Once a returned product is agreed as defective, credits will be raised within 7 days.
