How to join

To request to join the loyalty scheme, visit your local Eurocell branch or contact your local Branch Sales Manager to request a Eurocell VIP account.

This scheme is only open to specially selected window fitters. To be eligible to join, you must be a business owner and window fitter installing at least ten frames per week within 20 miles of a participating Eurocell branch. You will need to be eligible for a Eurocell credit account and have been trading for at least two years.

How are rewards calculated?

Rewards are calculated at a rate of 2% back for every pound spent on selected products.

Can rewards be transferred to another account?

No, rewards are non-transferable.

No, there is no cap on the rewards that can be earned.

Can I join the Scheme?

To be eligible to join the scheme you must be a Ltd or Self-Employed window fitter installing at least 10 frames per week within 20 miles of a participating Eurocell branch. You will need to be eligible for a Eurocell credit account and have been trading for at least 2 years.

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility requires registration for a Eurocell Account.
2. Earn 2% back in rewards for every pound spent on selected window and door products.
3. Two reward points will be awarded for every £100 spent.
4. Only whole points will be awarded.
5. Rewards will be credited 30 days post the date of invoice.
6. Rewards will not be credited for orders which are cancelled, returned or are in dispute.
7. Rewards will not be credited to any credit account which is on stop due to nonpayment or late payment.
8. Redeem rewards can only be exchanged for marketing support as outlined in the Eurocell VIP order form.
9. Rewards forfeited post 18-months from receipt date or 12 months of account inactivity.
10. Rewards hold no cash value; forfeited rewards are not recoverable.
11. Eurocell Plc reserves rights to amend terms or revoke rewards at any time without notice.
12. This rebate promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
13. Changes to terms will be communicated via email; non-acceptance may result in scheme exclusion.
14. Eurocell Plc reserves the right to pause, change or cancel this promotion at any time, without notice.
