Rigorous testing plays a critical role at every stage of processing from raw material through to the finished product. We work on individual product technical specification sheets.

Coupled with the full traceability of processed bags, a unique product code system, and an in-depth non-conformance reporting structure have resulted in high satisfaction rates amongst our customers and more crucially a less than 1% return tomsite ratio. In addition, we can offer advice and support to our customers as well as site visits where requested.

Customer requirements are at the forefront of our robust testing regimes to ensure the necessary customer product criteria are met through:

• Finally, all finished product samples are passed through a mini-lab extruder which produces 20 x 110 strips. This gives an accurate representation of the final product when extruded by the end user.
