We deliver – nationwide
To ensure you receive the products you need, just when you need them, we offer a comprehensive delivery service, nationwide.
Our role as both manufacturer and distributor means we can supply quality-assured fascia, soffits, guttering and many more PVC-U goods directly to your home or site, anywhere in the UK (see exceptions below)
We even offer free delivery on order over £50 from our nationwide network of over 200 Eurocell branches. Our branches are unique in the market because most of the products we stock are manufactured by us.
This gives us complete control over deliveries, resulting in quicker turnaround of orders, reliability and consistently high-quality PVC-U products.
You can order any of our products from your local branch for free 48 hour delivery to any site in the UK using our own delivery fleet*. This is subject to stock availability, and some products are subject to longer lead times. In these cases the product pages make this clear, and you will be notified by your delivering branch who will happily arrange a suitable delivery date. Or you can collect from any of our 200+ branches across the UK. Eurocell deliver on long wheel base trucks which need adequate access and turning space, please be aware of this when placing your order for delivery.

Many of our products are long, up to 6m in length, please be aware of this when placing your order for delivery or branch pick-up. All goods are length marked online. Orders on eurocell.co.uk valued at £50 and over are delivered free. There is a delivery charge of £10 for orders below this.

Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man and The Scilly Isles
We deliver anywhere in the mainland UK and The Isle of Wight, excluding the Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Scilly Isles. There may also be an additional delivery charge to Scottish regions with the postcodes PA - PH - IV - AB, please contact your nearest Eurocell Building Plastics Scotland Branch here.
Our aim is to deliver all goods ordered from eurocell.co.uk within 2 working days of order, subject to stock availability. If however this is not achievable we will contact you and let you know. In the unlikely event of something going wrong with your order or delivery process please call 0300 333 6525.
Delivery dates can be specified when you order your UPVC on eurocell.co.uk. We ask for a signature of receipt on delivery of our goods. You will receive an order confirmation by email when placing your order, this will also act as your receipt/invoice
Collections & Returns
Special Order Items: We regret that we cannot refund, in full or in part, special order items.
We have a 14 day no quibble exchange or refund policy which comes into effect on the day of your delivery/collection (subject to the items being in their original condition)
To initiate the refund process, please return your goods to your local Eurocell branch, or if this is not possible, please contact & we'll be able to look at scheduling a collection from site. Please note we are only able to refund the original payment method.
Collection: If you have selected to collect from one of our 200+ branches the following timescales apply. If you ordered your goods before 12pm (noon) your goods will be available for collection before the branch closes that day. Please refer to your branch for their opening times. If you ordered your goods after 12pm (noon) your goods will be available for collection the following morning. Please refer to your branch for their opening times here.
Please allow a minimum of 2 hours between time of ordering and collection. If you would like to speak to your branch about your collection you can find their direct contact details on our branch pages here. Goods offered on 'click and collect' are subject to stock availability. If there are longer lead times on some items every attempt will be made to contact customers as soon as possible.
Returns from our Third Party Suppliers
Unwanted products delivered directly from one of our 3rd party suppliers can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
However, it's important to note that these items cannot be returned through our branches. Instead, you are required to send them back directly to the supplier, ensuring they are unused and in their original packaging, For larger items a collection fee will be applicable and will be automatically deducted at the time of processing your refund. This will be advised to you by our customer services team.
Once the return is collected, you can expect to receive your refund within 14 days. It's worth mentioning that there is no charge for the collection of faulty items, and bespoke or made-to-measure items can only be returned if they are faulty. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
