A partnership with Wates Living Space saw our range used in a £40m investment by housing provider Shoreline.
When Wates Living Space was tasked with refurbishing more than 7,600 Grimsby homes as part of Shoreline’s £40m maintenance programme, it needed high quality roofing products supplied quickly, reliably, cost effectively – and with excellent customer service guaranteed.
Eurocell Building Plastics was the natural choice.
The deal built on Wates’s existing national supply agreement with Eurocell and a productive working relationship that stretched back many years.

Wates knew Eurocell’s Grimsby branch could supply roofline products in plot lots, often delivered directly to individual property addresses. The combination of its existing trust in Eurocell, plus the ability to receive regular deliveries and therefore hold less stock on site (which reduced the potential for damage or loss), helped Wates to quickly confirm its decision.
As part of the maintenance programme, Eurocell supplied fascia boards, soffits boards, finishing trims, and all associated accessories.
