How long will delivery take?

The majority of our roofline products are available from stock in our branches, delivery on these would be within 3 working days. For any items not stocked in your local branch, the delivery tiime will be around 7 working days.

Can hollow soffit be used as cladding?

We do not recommend using hollow soffit boards as cladding.

Our anthracite soffit boards have a wood-effect finish to replicate the look & feel of timber, but without the additonal maintenance that comes with wood. As with all our roofline range, our soffit boards are fully BBA accredited & come with variety of ventilation options

Hollow - Our most popular selling soffit provides a cost effective solution.

Vented - Pre vented in 10 or 25mm spaces eliminate the need for additional ventilation.

Solid Utility - As the name suggests, this board can be used in a wide variety of applications & has a solid foam centre.
