Product description

Eco fencing boards are part of the Eco fencing maintenance free system. They can be used in a variety of ways with existing timber panels or as a direct replacement for your timber fencing, creating a maintenance free panel. The boards are simply stacked up to the required height. Panels weigh less than 5kg.

Eco boards can be used with timber panels or with existing concrete posts. They have many benefits over traditional fencing systems.

Available in widths of 1.829m (6') and 2.438m (8') and come in a standard height of 300mm (12").

  • 20-year guarantee
  • Save time and money
  • Real wood look
  • Tough and hard-wearing
  • Stack the gravel boards to required height
  • No more painting or treating your fence
  • Easy to clean
  • Easily cut with a standard hand saw.
Please note that the 2.4 boards are primarily used at the end of a fence run they can be cut down to size to suit the gap.

Most fence posts in the uk are 6ft apart and this is the width we would recommend for fence panels.
In all cases a professional option should be sort in the application and installation of the fence.

During the extrusion process the recycled PVC granules are heated up to 195 degrees, the molten PVC is then fed into the tool to form the profile of the gravel board and post. Once out of the tool the gravel board and posts are immersed in water to cool the PVC down. After this process the profile retains some residual heat and when they are packed the residual heat can cause the boards and posts to sweat and this can caurse a blotchy pattern. This is perfectly normal and after being in the sun and fresh air they will weather naturally. It is not a fault with the boards just a side effet of the manufacturing process
