How long will delivery take?

The majority of our roofline products are available from stock in our branches, delivery on these would be within 3 working days. For any items not stocked in your local branch, the delivery tiime will be around 7 working days.

Can hollow soffit be used as cladding?

We do not recommend using hollow soffit boards as cladding.

  • Standard soffit boards protect rafters and offer a classic look.ascia boards offer a classic, traditional look.
  • Hollow soffit boards offer a lightweight, cost-effective option.
  • Vented soffit boards, used for when air flow is required to a roof space.
